Here's the truth: Mr. Pitts isn't a person.
He's a name we gave to an idea: that 'natural' and 'effective' were never supposed to be opposites.
Mr. Pitts exists because we got tired of compromising. Either we used something natural that quit by lunch, or we used something effective that came loaded with aluminium, parabens, and a list of unnatural ingredients you needed a chemistry degree to pronounce.

Janelle is a qualified Naturopath, the owner of Mr. Pitts, and the person who actually makes every single jar by hand — yes, actually by hand.
No factory, no robots, no mystery production line in a country she's never been to.
Janelle formulates and crafts each batch with the same standard a good Naturopath holds everything else to: does this actually do what it claims, and is it good for the body it's going on?
If the answer's no, it doesn't leave the workshop. Simple as that.
That's not a brand story we're telling for effect. It's just how Mr. Pitts gets made — slowly, deliberately, and with way more attention to detail than your armpits probably expect.
Off the clock, Janelle is usually cooking up a storm, pottering in the garden, planning her next holiday, yelling at the Formula 1, or being closely supervised by Ollie the Groodle, who has firm opinions about all of it and final approval on nothing.
