If you have received a faulty product or have ordered the wrong product, please get in touch with us by emailing for further instructions.

If a return is warranted, please return the full product/s to the following address using a tracked mail service only. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and a refund will be processed.
